When should I expect delivery and pickup?

We'll deliver the day before your rental starts and will pick up the day after.

After the payment is processed a team member will reach out to find the delivery time that works best for you. We deliver between 9am-9pm.

I caused damage to the equipment now what?

If the damage is minor but the product can still be used we'll only charge for the damage.

If the product cannot be rented we'll charge you the used price of the item and you'll keep the item.

What if I don't know how to use the equipment in campsite?

Call us! We'll help you out as long as it's between 8am - 10pm.

Can delivery and return locations be different?

As long as they are within the supported zip codes then yes!
